In 2008, Paragon made the decision to design and build our product line exclusively with energy star standard and up, to include energy efficient accessories in all of our prefab homes as a standard and modify our designs and plans to incorporate pre-engineered walls & hybrid construction. All of our home packages now include fully pre-engineered floor systems and roof trusses.

Our prefab homes now include the following:
